It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Johnson of Big Sandy, Texas, born in Ashdown, Arkansas, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elthel Johnson (Blakely) and C. S. Johnson, Jr.. She is survived by : her sisters, Charlotte Hendrix (Lynn) of Big Sandy and Mona Fullmer of Temple, Texas; her nephews, Greg Hendrix (Amy) of Livingston, Trent Hendrix (Shawnna) of Livingston, Logan Fullmer (Lissette) of San Antonio and Morgan Fullmer (Sarah) of Temple, Texas; her niece Melissa Fullmer (Matt Yaggi) of Houston, Texas; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter Hendrix of Livingston, Holt Hendrix of Livingston, Dave Hendrix Davis Hendrix (Angelica) of Livingston, Grant Hendrix (Emily) of Livingston, Rod Quintinalla of San Antonio, Texas, Anna Hendrix-Augustine (Ben) of Livingston, Allie Botelli of Livingston, Sydney Fullmer of Temple, Lilly Fullmer of San Antonio, Texas, Blakely Fullmer of San Antonio, Texas and Bella Quintinalla of San Antonio, Texas; and also Joni Hendrix of Livingston, Texas. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
