He is survived by: his wife Paulita of Big Spring; his children, Fernando Franco, David Franco, Robert Franco, Jose Louis Ontiveros, Esmeralda Reyes, Diana Rodriguez, Gloria Melendez and Martha Hannum; his siblings, Albert Franco and Catalina Flores; and his pets, Chico and Tigger. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
