He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Wilson and Virgil Wilson; and his son John Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Florence "Flo" Wilson of Big Spring; his sons, James Wilson of Brownwood and Ralph White of Dublin; his brother Wade Wilson of San Angelo; and his stepchildren, Amber McNew of Eldorado and Heath Downey of Milano. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
