She is survived by: her husband Larry Nix; her children, Tommy Bruce Scott (Laura), James Larry Nix (Mary) and Brenda Gayle Herrin (Scot); her grandchildren, Layne Scott (Kade), Taylor Scott, Jennifer Oxford (Byron), Ethan Blevins, Julie Nix and Joe Harris, Jr. (Kara); her great grandchildren, Kinlea Scott, Ella Harris, Kelsey Scott and Blane Oxford; and her brother Stuart Henderson (Peggye). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
