She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Parrish and Jo Parrish; her nephews, Gary Gene Parrish, Jr. and Fritz Haxelwood; and her niece Chancella Mackenzie Parrish.
She is survived by: her significant other Junior Smith; her daughter Kellye Ruth; her grandchildren, Ashley Renee (Marino) of Galveston and Nicholas of Hollywood, CA.; her nieces and nephews, Connie Shaw (Mike), Donna Rich (Daryl), Tami Warham, Sylvia Reuschel (Mike), Debbie Calloway (Bobby), Susie Weber (Steve), Ward Miller, Larry Hall (Jeannie), James Lee Parrish, Karl Hazelwood and Greg Parrish (Candy); her son Trey (Lesa); her brother Gary Gene Parrish; David Foster, Jacob Johnson, Paul, Regina Garner and Haley Hoisington.
