He was predeceased by: his children, Aniyah Hernandez, Milah Hernandez and Angel Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Nikki Hernandez; his children, Kaitlynn Hernandez, Zoey Hernandez and Domonick Hernandez, Jr.; his stepchildren, Matieu Renteria, Exavien Renteria and Ali'Ana Gutierrez; his parents, Norma Ontiveros and Jose Ontiveros; his grandparents, Margarita and Ruben Hilario, Sr.; and his sisters, Lucero Hilario and Kristi-Ann Ontiveros. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
