He is survived by: his wife Lora Spivey; his children, Leslie Sutton (Roy), Edward James Spivey, Jr. (Nicky), Christian Spivey and Joshua Spivey; and his mother Doris Brown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
