With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Ringener of Big Spring, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2025 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Phillips and Virgie Fryar Phillips; and her siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Yater and Fred Phillips. She is survived by: her husband J. M. Ringener; her children, Becky Fields (Alton) and Philip Ringener (Milae); her grandchildren, Trent Baird, Clark Fields (Melissa), Tiffany Ringener, Matt Baraga, Jared Ringener (Kristina) and Janessa Foster (Kasey); and her siblings, Ed Phillips and Sandra Beard (Bubba). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
