He was predeceased by: his parents, Vithaldas Shroff and Jadavben Shah Shroff. He is survived by: his wife Bhanuben Shroff; and his children, Jayshree Marjadi (Anand), Manisha Dalal (Rajendra), Manish Shroff and Darshan Shroff (Kanta). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
