He is survived by: his wife Danja Gonzales; his sons, Jasiah Hernandez and Azai Hernandez; his parents, Joann Hernandez, and Jesse Hernandez, Sr.; his siblings, Jesse Hernandez, Jr. (Yesenia), Leslie Hernandez and Gage DelBosquez (Savannah); his grandmother Connie Rodriguez; his pet Peaches; and his parents-in-law, Annalisa Guzman and Robert Guzman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many many friends.
Even after life Isaiah was able to save 5 lives through organ donation.
