He is survived by: his parents, John Jay Flores, Sr. and Amanda Perryman Evans; his wife Stacy; his grandparents, Aurora Dominguez and Elliott Perryman; his siblings, Bryan Flores, Chance Perryman, Douglas Armstrong, Nicholas Richardson, Andi Armstrong and Ashlan Armstrong; and his cousins, Dante Zapata, Jesus "Chuy" Flores and Ari Hernandez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
