He is survived by : his wife Debra Faye Mathis; his children, Michael Mathis, Rick Mathis, Misti Mathis and Melissa Massey; his stepsons, Gary Barbee and Danny Barbee; his brother Stephen Mathis; and his grandchildren, Angel Evans, Heaven Mathis and Grace Drake.
