It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Lee Howland of Big Spring, Texas, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Howland; and her parents, McNew McNew and Lillie Ruth McNew. She is survived by : her son Robert D. Howland (Kay) of Big Spring; her granddaughter Michelle Crenshaw (Shannon) of Big Spring; and her sisters, Carolyn Rodgers, Barbara Clark (Danny) of Big Spring and Sharron (Bob Husson). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
