He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Clifford and Mary Frances Smith; his stepfather Jim Burrus; his brother Michael Todd; and his nephew Adam Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughters, Kalea Rees (Loren) and Savannah Schwartz (Kye); his grandchildren, Shay David and Callahan Clay Schwartz; his brothers, David Smith (Liz) and Alan Smith (Kathleen); and his nieces and nephews, Laura, Julia Anna, Brandon, Courtney and Camille.
