He is survived by: his parents, Luis Rios, Sr. and Erlinda Escovedo; his wife Janie Rios; his children, Luis Rios III, Johnny Lee Rios, David Rios, Daniel Rios and Naomi Hinojosa (Epifanio); and his siblings, Jacob Rios (Stephanie), Nancy Rios, Theodore Rios and T. J. Rios (Sindy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, daughters-in-laws, as well as other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
