He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sam Pena, Cecelia Simmons and Robert Lee Evans, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife R'Lonie Cole Pena; his children, Ari'Ella Pena and Zay Dena Pena; his parents, Melissa Pena and Robert Evans; his siblings, Monica Wolever, Aleric Smith, Robyn Evans, Sydney Evans, Kaegen Mitchell, Robert Lee Evans III and Josh Evans; and his grandmother Magdalena Pena.
