She was predeceased by: her husband Domingo Rios Jr.; her grandson Markus Garza; her siblings, Manuela Bustamante, Elodia Hernandez, Estella Garibay, Elida Pineda and Eriberto Bustamante; and her parents, Elauterio Bustamante and Petra Bustamante.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elvira Sebian, Netty Arroyo and Emilio Bustamante of Midland; and her children, Cindy Rios of Big Spring, Cathy Smith (Tommy) of Big Spring, Carey Rios of Big Spring, Chris Rios (Erica) of Big Spring and Connie Jackson (Matt) of Yukon, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
