He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Balios (Tiffiny) of Big Spring and Jorden Balios (Olivia Rodriguez) of Big Spring; the mother of his children Brenda Balios; his sisters, Molly Smith (Maury) of Big Spring and Mitzi Balios (Rhonda Abbott) of Colleyville; his grandchildren, Analyse Mendoza, Jordan Ray Balios, Robbie Gonzales, Maddix Brownfield, Destinee Gonzales, Charlie Balios, Idalynn Balios, Raleigh B. Balios and Carlos Jordan Balios; his nieces, Megan Gicklhorn (J. Ryan) of Ackerly and Mallory Smith of Big Spring; his aunt Linda Balios of Plainview; and his uncle Judge McLeod (Linda) of Lubbock.
