He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Francis Allen and Elizabeth Allen; his son Raleigh Allen; his sister Sharon Gray; and his mother-in-law Martha Mitchell.

He is survived by: his wife Nessia Allen; his daughter Savannah Allen (Delia Soto); his grandson Jonah Allen; his daughter-in-law Veronica Domiguez; his grandchildren, Layla Lynn, Emery Elizabeth, Aleyna Aurora and Rowan Phoenix; his siblings, Debby Walthall, Erin Bilski (Jerry Bilski) and Kevin Allen (Julie Allen); his father-in-law Billy Joe Mitchell; his brothers-in-law, Drew and Neal Mitchell; and his caregivers, Amanda and Emma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Mark's name.
