He is survived by: his wife Effie Shults of Big Spring; his children, Shane Shults of Big Spring, Leslie Chappell (Billy) of Midland and Jamie Boudreau (Jim) of Norman, OK; and his siblings, Ronnie Shults of Big Spring, Scott Shults (Tammy) of Big Spring and Sue McIntosh (Frank) of Big Spring. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
