She is survived by: her parents, Gregorio Rodriguez and Rebecca Rodriguez; her husband Elvis Payne; her daughter Regina McAlpin (Anthony) of Huffman, TX; and her siblings, Valtasar Rodriguez of Greenbrier, AR, Jesus Rodriguez of Greenbrier, AR, Jose Rodriguez of Greenbrier, AR, Virginia R. Brock of Quitman, AR and Eloisa R. Daemi of Plano, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
