He was predeceased by: his parents, Maudine Cotton and V. W. Cotton; and his grandson Toby Randall Cotton. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Cotton of Big Spring; his children, Karen Long (Keith) of Big Spring, Debbie Dunn (Tim) of Weatherford, Boo Cotton (Yvette) of Big Spring and Chum Garrett (Daun) of Big Spring; and his brother Larry Cotton of Midland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
