She is survived by: her husband Truman Hofacket; her children, Rhianna Ellis and Ky Hofacket (Brooke Hofacket); her grandchildren, TJ Ellis, Emilee Ellis, Kytier Hofacket, Natilee Ellis, Kitley Hofacket, Kimzey Hofacket and Klayz Hofacket; her stepmother Vivian Evrage; her sisters, Canzada Schoonover and Debra Plouride; her siblings-in-law, Cory Hofacket (Linda Hofacket) and Shelly Shannon; and her mother-in-law Melva Hofacket.
