He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Noyes and Carol Winchell Noyes Sr.; his stepson Bill Dean; his mother-in-law Johnnie Ruth West; and his former wife Mary Noyes (Jan).
He is survived by: his wife Janis Noyes; his son Edward Noyes; his sister Marilyn Mele; his stepchildren, Gary Cohn, Richard Cohn and Ashley Dean; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Harrist, Sherrie Diamanti, Haley Dean, Jazlynn Davis, Ryan Cohn and John Davis. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
