He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Draper of Big Spring; his sons, James Draper of Amarillo and David Draper (Susan) of Abilene; his grandchildren, Kate Draper, Jeraka Garza (Jacob), Trey Draper (Kristin), Samuel Draper (Claire) and Lydia Draper; his great grandchildren, Malachi Garza and Ellie Garza; and his sister Barbara Epperson.
