He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Spivey and Emma Lee Spivey. He is survived by: his children, Samuel Lee Spivey and Cristi Kae Savage (Steven); and his siblings, Judy Garner (Richard) and Timothy Spivey. He is also survived by four granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
