She is survived by: her husband Paul Carson of Big Spring; her children, Amy Mauzey (Michael) of Big Spring and Jeff Carson of Big Spring; her grandchildren, Ashley Banos (Brandon), Haylea White (David), Kandice Hodnett, Dakota Hodnett (Tabitha), Maeghan Mauzey, Mikayla Mauzey and Marilee Mauzey; and her siblings, Jim Piper, Lucy Piper, Jo Anna Bailey (Danny) and Jackie Piper. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
