He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Noah and Wanda Noah; his wife Norma Noah; his sister Charlotte; and his brother-in-law Danny Wylie.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Teichmann (David) of Mobeetie, TX and Scott Noah of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Weston Teichmann (Lisa) of Houston, TX, Carlyn Tolleson of Dumas, TX, Grayson Noah (Tessa), London, England and Kate Cone (Brady) of Milledgeville, GA; his great grandchild Jaxon Teichmann of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Oaklee Tolleson of Dumas, TX, Emmerson Cone and Caleb Cone of Milledgeville, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Kenedy Cemetery (146 County Rd 329, Kenedy, TX 78119).
