He was predeceased by: his father Edward Perez Sr.; his brother Edward Perez Jr.; his grandparents, Eliberto and Yolanda Reyna; and his aunt Herlinda Vera.
He is survived by: his mother Janie Perez; and his children, Jason and Maliyha Perez. He is also survived by loving extended family, including three aunts, four uncles, twenty six cousins, and twenty one great cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A prayer will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (603 W 3rd St, Bishop, TX 78343). A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Restland Cemetery.
