She is survived by: her husband James "Danny" Blakely of Bivins, Texas; her son Chad Heldt (Janeen Heldt) of Mcleod; her grandchildren, Mason Heldt (Tonjia Heldt) of Linden and Carlee Heldt of McLeod, Texas.; her sisters, Dona Woodard of Shreveport, Louisiana, Melva Rhoads of Shreveport and Julie Douglas (Steve Douglas) of Ft. Worth, Texas.; and her sister-in-law Terri Tarno of Vivian.
