He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ramiro Moreno, Sr.; and his niece Kehlani Suniga. He is survived by: his parents, Guadalupe Rodriguez (Jose Reyes Rodriguez) and Lorenzo Rubio; his grandparents, Justa Moreno, Jose Lorenzo Rubio Mujica and Ma Guadalupe Rodriguez Hernandez; his siblings, Jasmine Suniga (Andres), Nelly Soriano (Logan), Freddie Suniga (Priscilla), Christian Rubio, Lorenzo Rubio Cano and Aiden Rodriguez; and his nieces and nephews, Adonis, Alexander, Legend, Carter, Ariyah and Emberly. He is also survived by his family, friends.
