He is survived by: his children, Eudelia Garcia (Benito), Ismael De Leon, Eugenio De Leon Jr. (Irma) and Janie De Leon; and his siblings, Carlos, Roman, Antonio, Juan, Daniel De Leon, Leonor and Jovita De Leon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
