He is survived by: his wife Samantha Jane Henderson (Barnett); his children, Ben Henderson (Pam) and Erin Rakes (Zack); his nephews, Audy Cunningham and Danny Cunningham; his niece Annie Carey; his great-nephew Theron Baker; and his great-niece Johanna Cunningham. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
