He is survived by: his wife Lisa Annis; his children, Markus (Lauren Annis), Ashley Annis (Brittney), Justin (Avery Annis), Cheyenne (Steven Speaker), Tristian Van Pelt (Cody), Taylor Annis (Joshua Annis) and Olivia Engelman (Amanda Jackson); and his mother Shirley Annis. He is also survived by Numerous siblings and countless brothers.
