It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloisa Moreno in Boerne, Texas, born in Kingsville, Texas, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberto Q. Mendietta and Paula Mendietta; her son Noe Silva, Jr.; and her siblings, Israel Mendietta, Roberto Mendietta, Jr., Maria Moreno, Nicolasa Salinas, Idolina Cortez, Angelina Guerra, Elva Montalvo and Minnie Maldonado.
She is survived by: her husband Elias F. Moreno, Sr. of Kerrville; her daughter Annie Bishop (Jeff); her grandson Brady Bishop of Boerne; her stepchildren, Rachel Moreno of Katy, Raul Moreno (Matilda) and Lee Moreno (Angelina) of Kerrville; and her sister Ernestina Munoz. She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, step great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home (230 E Ella Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Columbus Club Hall (320 E General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home (230 E Ella Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363).
