It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Raute of Boerne, Texas, born in Comfort, Texas, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Raute and Emilie Roeder Raute; and his children, Shirley Eckhardt and Dennis Schonberg. He is survived by: his wife Margie Bennight Raute of Boerne; and his children, Michael Raute, Gloria (Jim Lamb), Linda (Keith Gilbert), Carol "Cookie" Althaus, Daniel (Sally Schonberg), Kenneth (Stanette Raute) and Brenda (Kiff Hardin). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
