She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester M. Abernathy and Una Sticken Abernathy; her sister Carolyn Sue; and her husband J. R. "Dick" Hudson. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Hudson, Sylvia Maggio and John R. Hudson (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Maggio (Bennett), Caitlin Maggio Hodges (Joseph), Benjamin Hudson, Matthew Hudson and William Hudson. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
