Joy Kirk Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Kirk of Boerne, Texas, born in Carrizo Springs, Texas, who passed away on August 1, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her parents, DeRoyce Gibson and Ruth Gibson; her parents-in-law, Cecil and Mildred Kirk; her brothers-in-law, Fred Burns and Dee Perschbacher; her nephew Ryon Perschbacher; and her nephew-in-law Fabian Dominguez.
She is survived by: her siblings, Laura "Sissy" Burns of Spring Branch, Carroll Gibson (Susan) of Miles and James Gibson (Esther) of Victoria; and her sister-in-law Patsy Perschbacher of Amarillo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
