He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Lee; his children, Robert Allen Higgins, Jr. (Lisa) of Dripping Springs, Barbara Higgins Dewey (Mike) of Austin and Colleen Roberts (David) of Houston, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Courtney Cangelosi (Mark), Kimberly Fitzhenry, Haley McMillin (Jason), Patricia Dewey Coskey (Andrew Coskey), Preston Dewey, Elizabeth Dewey Bauman (John), Erin Morris, Morgan Beezley, Caitlin Linn (Ronn) and Patrick Roberts (Estefania). He is also survived by 13 Great grandchildren.
