“Mr. Clouse always let me be myself. That is what I liked best about him. I could be totally honest about my work likes and dislikes, venting sometimes. He always listened and had a solution. Everyone use to make fun of me in the EOC. He'd beeline toward me and ask what was going on. He was always good to me and would help. One day he helped with a repeat problem in the EOC. I gave him "five" and said " You Bad Ass" ! He threw his head back with a loud laugh and his cool grin walking off.”
