He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Hosmer of Boerne, TX.; his children, Richard Smith of College Station, TX, Cindy Wilkinson of Kingwood, TX and Tim Smith of Houston, TX.; his grandsons, Nathanael (Madison), Benjamin and Ethan Wilkinson; and his brother-in-law Gary Hosmer (Cecilia). He is also survived by 4 nephews, 4 nieces, and many other family members.
