He is survived by: his wife Nora Eulaila Black (Laila); his son William Dale Black Jr. (Karen); his grandchildren, Shaina, Nathan and Mitchell; his son James Willard Black (Misty); his grandchildren, Joseph, Logan, Ramsey and Skyla; his daughter-in-law Cindy Black; his grandchildren-in-law, Sierra and Ty; his sisters, Linda Bever (Jess), Shirley Adams (Orville) and Brenda MacNealy; and his foster daughter Nancy DeBel Barham. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
