He was predeceased by : his parents, George McHaney, and Coleen Tracey McHaney, Jr.; and his brother Pat McHaney. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis McHaney; his children, Brandon McHaney, Shane Patterson, Shalby Kliem and Sharon Orsak (Bernard); his sister Tracy Barela (Manuel); his grandchildren, Lauren Orsak, Jordan Patterson, Landon Orsak, Cheyne Prihoda, McKenzie Patterson, Lathon Orsak, Corey Patterson and Waylon Vaughn McHaney; his nephews, Roger and John Harvey; and his niece Dr. Bonnie Harvey. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
