She was predeceased by: her parents, Peggy Wilson and Archie Simmons, Jr.; and her stepfather Joe Wilson. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Fite (Terry) of Bonham; her granddaughters, Heather Williams of Ardmore, Cassidy Fite of Sherman and Jordan Fite of Grand Bay, Alabama; her great grandchild Persephone Shaw; and her siblings, John Wilson (Shirley), Steve Simmons (Cindy), Kathy Lair (Bill), Celia Reeder (Bob) and Kameil Hopkins (David).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
