She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Scroggins and Gertrude Tarpley Scroggins (Lynn Winnith Hicks); her daughter Cheryl Spann; her great grandchild Jordan Jones; and her brother W. B. Scroggins.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Darrin Jones (Jennifer) of Telephone, Texas and Briane Hall of McKinney, Texas; her sister Joyce (Roy Kemp) of Bonham, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Jazmine Hall, Kyrsten Hall, Garret Hall, Brook Miller (Wylie) and Lexi Jones.
