He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie White and Gladys White; and his siblings, Ted, Eugene, Marion, Noris White, Sarah Rebecca Taylor, Leona Bell Dinscore, Catherine Christine Lackey and Doris Fay Eisfeldt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy White; his son Dereck White (Courtnie) of Dodd City; his granddaughters, Adisen and Ella White; and his brother Robert White (Lee) of Broadus.
