He is survived by: his children, Susie Deleon (Rene), James Darwin Ervin Jr. and Marcus Ervin (Jamie); his grandchildren, Stacy Christman, Barry Gonsalez, John Robert Gonsalez, Allen Cirkles, Courtney Ervin, Jade Ervin and Shannon Underwood; and his brother Eddie Ervin (Billie). He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren.
