He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Clark; his sister Linda Clark Loftice; his significant other Emily Suzanne King Clark (Susie); his daughter Codi Brooke Clark; his friend Jeff Thorpe; and his brother Jimmy Don. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close family friends.
