She is survived by: her children, Rickey Starnes (Vivian), Gary Starnes, Mark Starnes (Donna) and Dana Starnes McDaniel (Steve); Joyce. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
