He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Smith Drake of Bonham; his children, Matt Drake (Rachael) of Walnut Cove and Sarah Arango (Oscar) of Prosper; his sisters, Lari Weaver of McKinney and Linda Nelson (Truitt) of El Paso; his stepsister Dr. Deborah Gleaves (Ron) of Terrell; and his grandchildren, Oscar, Sebastian Arango, Vada and Oliver Drake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with his caregivers.
